1. Agreement

By creating an account or using Mythology Shorts ("the Service") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

We offer an AI-assisted pipeline that turns a topic into a short Hindi-narrated video. Quality, length, and exact output depend on the model you select and on upstream AI providers. We do not guarantee any specific creative outcome.

3. Your account

  • You must provide accurate information and keep your password secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.
  • You must be at least 13 years old (18 to make payments).

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to produce content that:

  • Is hateful, defamatory, harassing or incites violence against any religion, caste, community or individual.
  • Infringes third-party copyrights, trademarks or personality rights (including uploading reference images you have no rights to).
  • Is sexually explicit, depicts minors in a sexualised context, or is otherwise unlawful under Indian law.
  • Promotes fraud, misinformation, or attempts to impersonate real people.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

5. Payments & wallet

  • All prices are in INR. Top-ups are processed by Razorpay and added to your wallet balance.
  • When you start a generation, an estimated amount is reserved from your wallet. On successful render the actual cost is debited and any excess reservation is refunded to your wallet automatically.
  • If a render fails for reasons on our side, the reservation is released in full.
  • If you cancel mid-pipeline, reserved funds are refunded in full.
  • Funds that have been debited for a successful render are non-refundable.
  • Wallet balances are not transferable and have no cash-out value.

6. Ownership of generated content

Subject to your payment in full, you own the video files you generate and may use them commercially. You grant us a limited licence to store, serve and transmit the output for the purpose of operating the Service (for example, hosting your history).

We do not use your prompts, uploaded reference images, or rendered output to train our own models without your explicit opt-in.

7. Third-party content

AI providers may produce output that coincidentally resembles existing works. You are responsible for reviewing the output before publishing it. We are not liable for third-party claims arising from your use of generated content.

8. Availability & changes

We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Pricing, features and supported models may change over time; material changes will be communicated reasonably in advance.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim related to the Service is limited to the wallet top-ups you paid to us in the three (3) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time from the contact page. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Unspent wallet balances on closure are governed by applicable law; contact us for a refund review in eligible cases.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Exclusive jurisdiction lies with the courts at Delhi.
